Policy and Procedure

Aqua Tank Solutions, LLC is exclusively represented by Aqua Equipment Company.

Notes: The manufacturer will be Aqua Tank Solutions, LLC. 13727 SW 152nd Street #1282, Miami, FL 33177. sales@aquatanksolutions.com. We accept payments via Credit Card, ACH, or Wire Transfer. Checks are also accepted, but production will only begin once the funds have cleared our bank.

Details:

  1. The customer is responsible for moving the shipment from the delivery truck to its final location.
  2. Unless specified otherwise, all measurements provided are internal dimensions. Please inform us if external dimensions are critical.
  3. Add-ons such as drains, skimmer boxes, and windows are only included if specified in the pricing.
  4. Tanks may arrive in multiple pieces. If this is the case, the price includes all necessary materials for assembly, including resin, fiberglass tape, stainless steel nuts and bolts, caulking, gel coat, and instructions.
  5. Let us know if you’d like a quote for installation services.
  6. Prices are based on the quantities listed in the quote. Should the quantities change, the unit prices may need to be adjusted.
  7. For orders with drains, a standard 3/4″ recessed dimple is included at no additional cost to facilitate better water drainage. Please inform us if this feature is not desired.
  8. The customer is responsible for thoroughly inspecting the order before signing off on the shipment. Repairs or replacements can only be arranged prior to signing the bill of lading.
  9. Tanks will be ready for shipping or pickup once the remaining balance has been paid.
  10. The manufacturer offers a 1-year warranty.
  11. In the event that a refund is needed, please allow 6-8 weeks for processing.
  12. If sales tax is not applicable, please provide a reseller permit. Otherwise a 6% tax will be added to the final invoice.
  13. Due to limited storage space, a fee of $25 per day will be applied to all orders left on-site for more than 20 days after being notified of substantial completion.
  14. Due to changes in material cost, this quote is valid for 90 days.
